If all HOA communities would place a substantial fine in their by laws for a homeowner/tenants/occupants which participates in Fireworks or gun fire, WILL be FINED. If every Grand Prairie community did this practice it would greatly decrease the amount of persons doing the act, which helps the police department to narrow down the areas of the city to be monitored by drones.

Good point: It feels as though no one is really interested in enforcing rules or ordinances at this point!
