Grand Prairie Realtors Gather for Third Monthly Social
Organizers hope to Revive a Tradition of Community and Connection for Grand Prairie Realtors and industry professionals.
A group of Grand Prairie Realtors and industry professionals gathered for a social hour at Beto’s on Tuesday, sponsored by Alamo Title and The Pinkerton Law Firm, represented by Sandi Morrison. The event was organized by Realtors Judy Kanaujiya and Jenna Pecor, and brought together Realtors, brokers, and real estate professionals from across the city.
Among those in attendance were longtime Grand Prairie brokers Buddy White and Pat Watson-Capps. Pat shared that while Buddy has been in the business for 49 years, she is celebrating her 50th year in real estate. Sandi Morrison added a special memory: “Pat gave me my first contract in title 50 years and 8 months ago” — and they are all still going strong.
Though Grand Prairie once had its own official Board of Realtors, which closed more than 20 years ago, these socials are reviving that spirit of collaboration. This was the group’s third monthly gathering, with future plans to continue bringing city real estate professionals together each month. Organizers hope it’s the start of a movement toward uniting Grand Prairie Realtors again.
📅 Next Event: October 21 at Beto’s, 5:00–6:30 p.m.
