When Martin Caballero joined the company as a young technician, he couldn’t have imagined that one day he’d be entrusted to carry that legacy forward. Through faith, perseverance, and a deep respect for the family who started it all in the 1970s, Martin worked his way up to become the owner in 2018. Today, he leads Bon Air with the same heart that built it — keeping the doors open, the air cool, and the community connection strong.
